Thanks guys. Shouldn't be too hard of a recovery you don't think huh? Obviously I've done a bit of damage but it should be all alright? Hopefully I don't shoot to low in the test spectrum during the next few weeks before i do the mini-nolva deload. I'll just keep doing some heavy lifting until then and hopefully the boys kick back in gear quickly.
