    test e cycle

    Currently on my first cycle.
    I know I'll get hate for being 21,
    Got started without knowing the risks of cycling young!
    Im already finishing week 5 and thought id start logging and make the most of it. Hopefully I can get advice ajd help along the way!

    Cycle:
    1-12 500mg test e (1ml wednesday, 1ml sat)
    1-12 adex .25mg EOD

    Pct
    14-18 clomid 100,100,50,50
    14-18 nova 40402020
    14- finished daa tribulus (test booster cant hurt)

    Currently sitting at 95 kg, 6'1.5 (not 100% sure)
    Bf% 14
    Gained a few lbs from water retention
    Noticing more vascularity in traps and shoulders

    A mate of mine has been pinning in my delts for me or I pin my quads if I do it myself.

    Strength is going up and im loving it.

    Im currently on a legspushpull rest repeat routine.
    Legs
    Squats
    Leg press
    Goblet squats
    Curls
    Stiff legged deads
    Calves

    Push
    Db/bb bench
    Shoulder press
    Flies
    Skull crushers
    Reverse extensions

    Pull
    Deads or rdls
    Chin ups
    Pulldowns
    Rows
    Rear flies
    Bb curls

    I add core in every few days.


    Diet consist of a chicken, pasta, rice, veg, fruit, milk, steak.. pretty simple

    Supps
    Protein powder
    Fish oil
    Liv 52
