You need nutrition to add more weight man. With that strength will come. Eat, without getting enough Proper food gear is a waste.

It'll be a waste of $300 if you aren't eating right. If you eat more cals that's where you start getting strength.

Bro you only been lifting for a year. You really need to build a base on which to build. All that starts with a good diet. And I don't care if you spent a 1000.00.That cycle sucks period! And in the end you are not ready for aas.Now this is the cold hard truth. Now you have a choice.Learn how to eat properly and build a base or waste your time doing wat you are doing now.Listen to wat adice you get and use it wisely.Good luck bro!

Lack of steroids aren't the issue. Lack of food is the problem. Take whatever your heart desires.....if you don't consume more calories than your TDEE, you will NOT grow. It's that simple.

I'm working on my food, actually I eat a lot but only 3 times a day...
Can't eat much, How can i force my small stomach to fill more than it can fill, anyone have idea?
    I also drink mass gainer.

I'm not really going to take any gear. I'm just asking if it is ok with that cycle?
When will I know if I'm in the right time use such things?

    Thanks for all the reply

Ok we all start somewhere so lets begin!!

Eat meals small but often so try 5-6 times
    Per day to start.
