    Headaches and Achy

Is it the ldex at .5mg EOD. I noticed it like 11 weeks in of my 16 weeks cycle. I have headaches on and off and just feel so achy and sore. Obviously sore is from working out hard. Is the headache high blood pressure? I drink alot of water.

Keep an eye on your BP. Common symptom of high BP is headache.

^^^Would be my direction. Hypertension can cause headaches; body aches aren't often a symptom. Low E2 can cause headaches, body aches, and flu like symptoms in general.

Check BP because its easy to assess but the problem could be your E2 crashing.

I would bet it is an e2 issue like other people have said before me. Get bloodwork ASAP.

Take blood pressure and drink MORE water in the meantime.

What's the basis/rationale for this? Arimidex is dosed every OTHER day due to the half life and if the body aches and headaches are from crashing his E, increasing his dosage will exacerbate the problem.

    Not a good idea.

Yes, I'd agree if headaches were the only symptoms. The body aches plus headaches are symptomatic of an estrogen issue. There are other possibilities but hormonal imbalance would be the logical place to start.

I was experiencing the same problem doing EOD then changed to ED an it fixed it. My rationale is it wont be that counter productive that its not worth trying for 2 days.

Were you running adex or aromasin ? Your AI may have been under dosed. Sequela for high and low E are very similar in early stages. Differential diagnosis is best with BW. Glad York symptoms digressed. I hope it stays under control.

Adex. I got the bloodwork only at week 6 took me 2 weeks to get it bcos of ignorant doctors. E2 was 239 when i stopped Adex. Then went to .5mg ED an it fixed the headaches but still i bit tired at times i suppose but no more depression. Didn't get another blood test because i'd only have a couple days left by the time i would get it.

I got my Adex from Ar-r . Only thing out of the ordinary is i haven't kept in the fridge and it was already 3 months old when i started to use it because i had already bought it for a previous cycle which was bunk.
