Well in my eyes telling someone to dose it is just as irresponsible and I didn't tell anyone to do anything, I just gave my experience based on mine and people I know using adex and ai's. I do not need to read it because i have seen first hand the effects of adex in mine and many other guys cycles over the years I know what it does and I have seen it done. If your prone to sides it can be an asset but at the same time it can also hinder your muscle gain.

First, you obviously have no clue about all the insideous internal effects of estrogen. Joint pain is caused by too little estrogen. So by what you're saying, just let it go sky high, the more the better! Maybe at the beginning of your decade of AAS usage that was the common philosophy. Time and medical science have changed, it's time you upgraded your thought process as well. We are not talking about "reduced" estrogen. We speak of maintaining a healthy estrogen level. A simple google search will show you the debilitating effects of elevated estrogen in males. Some are a loss of libido, increased risk of heart attack, stroke and prostate issues. Fun stuff! But just ignore it if that works.
The goal on a cycle is to raise your testosterone , not your estrogen, and test converts to estrogen. Estrogen is to be maintained at a healthy level. Whether on a cycle or simply TRT.
Spend some time on Pubmed or Endo journals.

The purpose of using an AI is to keep your estrogen level within clinical range. There will be NO noticeable "loss of gains" by keeping estrogen within the acceptable clinical range.
A couple other points to note. There is much much more harm from elevated estrogen levels than from levels that are too low. This is when most ppl experience sore joints.
The aromatase enzymes that convert excess test to estrogen are located mainly within the adipose tissue (fat). The more fat a person has, the more of these enzymes exist to increase estrogen levels. The more test you use and the more fat you have, the more at risk you are of higher E2 levels and the more AI you may need to bring levels within a safe range.

I will agree that I prefer Aromasin over Anastrozal as well. Its easier on your lipids and nearly impossible to crash your estrogen levels with.

Agreed. And running aromasin as an ai on a low does cycle it will still have its benefits.
