Cutting Cycle On Ketogenic Diet - T3, Albuterol and Ketotifen Discussion

    Hi All,

As this is my first post let me start by letting you guys know a little bit about myself. My names Nik and I've been creeping this and other steroid related forums for quite awhile. Mostly reading articles about the different types of steroids and stacks that are used to aid/enhance the effects of one another. I have more recently been interested in cutting supplements and how to increase metabolic rates naturally and chemically. Which brings me to this post as I'd like to get some more input on the combination of T3 and Albuterol.

I have found several articles on the use of clenbuterol as a fat burner, and, an addition to many stacks whether it be for gaining lean mass or losing body fat. My interest in the drug has slowly diminished as I've read a lot about the side effects (such as increased anxiety and insomnia) when compared to the side effects of using Albuterol (similar side effects but apparently slightly less "intense" with similar results). T3 on the other hand has a plethora of information on its effects and when stacked with anabolics has proved to be a very successful fat burner.

Now, my questions are related to the combination of T3 and Albuteral without the use of any anabolic and the dosage requirement for a three week cycle.

    To begin, my stats are:
    Age: 25
    Height: 5'10''
    Weight: 197
    BodyFat%: Approximately 17%
Workout: Consists of 3 days strength training and 2 days cardio.

As per diet I have began a ketogenic diet just over a month ago and have seen a successful amount of weight loss and am fully in ketosis (checked with test strips). I feel like I've hit a point where fatloss is moving very slowly and Im starting to get really sick of the amount of meat I'm forcing down (haha). I am looking to either continue the diet for several more weeks or begin a T3, Albuterol cycles for approximately 3 weeks to end my ketogenic cycle with maximum fatloss. Proior to ketosis my diet consisted mostly of high protein low carbs during the week and carb loading on the weekend.

Now from what I have researched I know that T3 is very catabolic and with a stack of albuterol I may be increasing my chances of losing the lean mass I've gained thus far. I have a few questions for anyone who has every run both or either during a cycle and what kind of result they had (specifically for those who used them without the aid of AAS but all information is helpful).

The cycle I have thought of so far should run something like this:

    Week 1:
    Albuterol - 3mg x 3 ED
    T3 - 12.5 mcg days 1 - 3
    25 mcg days 4 - 6
    50 mcg day 7

    Week 2:
    Albuterol 6mg x 3 ED
    Ketotifen - 2mg ED
    T3 - 50 mcg days 8 - 10
    75 mcg days 10 - 14

    Week 3:
    Albuterol 8mg x 3 ED
    Ketotifen - 2mg ED
    T3 - 50 mcg days 15 -17
    25 mcg days 18 -19
    12.5 mcg day 20 - 21

    Post Cycle:
    L- Tyrosine
    Taurine Suppliment

    So here comes the questions:

    1. How effective is a T3 and Albuterol stack?
    2. Is a 3 week cycle too short?
    3. How much muscle mass should I expect to loose while cycling without the assist of an AAS?
    4. What are your suggestions on the cycle, should I increase/decrease the Albuterol, Ketotifen or T3.
    5. Should I continue the T3 longer (6 weeks?)
    6. Should I taper the T3 up/down as the cycle is short?
    7. What would you suggest to add onto the cycle or take out to enhance the fat burning quality (this would include diet/excercise)
    8. Is it safe to run this type of cycle while still in ketosis? Should I increase my protein even more?
    9. Would you suggest any other post cycle supplements to ensure my thyroid recovery is optimal.

Lastly I live in Canada (Eh!) and am ordering from AR-R and was wondering if you think they will be any issues in customs?

Anyways please let me know if you can answer any of these questions as I'd like to have ample time to prepare for a cycle like this. I primarily am looking for fat loss and don't mind some muscle loss as I enjoy working out/dieting and may experiment with anabolics in the future. I also cant get rid of my side fat for the life of me. Feel free to ask me any questions or educate/critique me as it would definitely help me make better decision. I only ask that you dont "flame" me too hard as this is my first post and looking to educate myself and hopefully others.

Also for those of you who might notice I've posted a similar topic on another "forum" and just wanted a second opinion as I feel like this forum is more mature.

If you have success with your keto diet, why not just increase cardio or change up workout routine for greater fat loss. T3 should never be taking without some form of aas. You will be tired and feel horrible do to its catabolic effects.. If anything I would just run Albuteral.

Do not run T3 on a keto diet! It rapidly depletes atp stores and catabolism is inevitable! Albut and keto -ok..t3 -no

I'm going to start by saying I hate this spam filter. I've had to edit this post like 20 times haha.

I feel like the diet is holding my endurance back. I guess it's a debate between staying on the diet for a longer period, or adding some of these compounds to aid in the process.

As for the T3 I knew it would be catabolic to some degree, it seems like everyone is advising against it without the aid of an AAS. I'm pretty set on the Albut and Keto vs. Clen and Keto because of the shorter half life and reduced risks.

Thanks for the quick replies guys.

I just wanna say, make sure you eat enough while on T3 or you will feel like ASS. I know from much T3 experimentation, I was doing 100mcg/day on a 1000 calorie deficit. My lifts were cut on half, and I couldn't even do any cardio I was so exhausted. (even on 300mg test).

Wow adrenaline99 was it really that intense even with the test? If I am going to include it I think I may just taper up to 50 and go with that and see how catabolic the effects are from there. I guess for each person things affect them differently. Im hoping the albut will provide me enough energy (on an empty stomach) to run my workouts in the morning.
