If Natty Gains are 1lb Per Month, What Are Steriods Net Gains Per Month?

If you can expect a gain of 1lb per month with correct diet and training naturally, after a successful juice cycle with PCT, what is the average monthly gain of lean mass?

This is assuming you have maxed out with natural training of course. Don't want anyone jumping the gun around here.

    everyone's different mate.

"average" is a statistical term, dependent on a population of data. And because every cycle is different, and everyone is different, what you are asking is nearly impossible to answer. At best, you will receive anecdotal opinions, not quantifiable information.

I hear ya. I was just wondering what it might be. A 12 week cycle of Test E could realisticly yield a net gain of only 6 lbs, which is only double what you could gain naturally. It seems not as great as most people could expect.

If you can retain 10 lbs of LBM post cycle/pct,, I'd say that was pretty good, based on a 12 week cycle.

this is anecdotal, and may be totally different for the next bloke

I suppose a 10lb overall net gain would be pretty good going.

I wonder what people with poor genetics would fair? Or even the genetic freaks.

in a former "life" I was a pretty good competitive distance runner. I've ran internationally against the French, Germans, Italians. Most of these were in a pool of hopefuls wanting and waiting to go to the Olympics. I say this, because I've got pretty good Type 1 muscle fiber. Great for running distance, not so great for body building. If I can pull ten pounds "net" post cycle, others can too. But make double damn sure your diet is right, and you know what you are doing in the gym.

My first cycle I gained 52 pounds and lost 7. It was an 8 (6.5 lbs per week) week cycle of the Original P6 black, combined with my new Humalog prescription. I attribute most of the gain to the insulin because my body hadn't been making its own for around 2 months. Insulin is known for putting on weight. Thankfully I escaped total body destruction and eventually was able to recover my HPTA. It was the stupidest thing I've ever done but the results were absolutely amazing.

My diet was also insane. I spent in those 2 months around $1,400 on food, liquid aminos, creatine, and preworkout. I ate 5 dozen eggs a week and 15 avocados. Surprisingly my liver enzymes were great and my blood pressure was normal. The only side effect I got was extreme lethargy and limp dick for about 6 months. Which was a very long time. Every girl I knew wanted to fvck me. Never boned any of them. If I had been informed of proper PCT protocol I may have been the champ of my city, unfortunetly I was sold a OTC "test booster"

I can probably do a net 10 lbs a cycle. running 2 cycles a year, with a 20lb/year gain. over the course of a few years, this will, of course, taper off, and I would get to the point of just being too friggin big. there are limiting factors to everything, including AAS.

My question to you is this.

Do you feel you could even do this TWO cycles in a row, or was this one cycle some kind of freak anomaly?

I feel it was the combination of the AAS interacting with my insulin , and the fact that I was now on insulin in general. Also it being my first cycle which apparently are always the best results. I don't think it is possible to do again, not only would I not be able to eat enough to sustain an additional 50lbs, I wouldn't want to be more than 15 lbs bigger than I am now. Ill tell you this, It was an amazing experience to see my body transform and I still remember the smell of that p6. The lethargy was bad though, and I got my kidneys checked a few times on cycle because my urine smelled off. they were fine. Id like to keep that strength I had forever though. I could do 30 pull ups with 45lbs plate. It was stupid. in a good way. I was also playing hockey and I couldnt even break away my calves would get so pumped. The cardio helped my stay healthier I think, but I was slow as **** on the rink.

First cycle, u gained about 15 pounds of LBM that I kept

    2nd, I gained nothing

3rd, maybe 3-5 pounds of LBM that I still hold

4th - is a full year of oddities but still cycling - I gained about 3-5 pounds of LBM

After your first cycle, srsly I'd expect to gain 5 pounds of LBM - anything over that is just a awesome accomplishment

    Mate,

Clearly you are estimating. Can you be more precise?
