    Baseball player

I play baseball and trying to add muscle fast. I don't mind doing the work but looking to supplement my growth. Trying to research what to use. Any suggestions?

6'2" 215lbs and just started lifting again a few months ago. Other than doing curls and a few presses to loosen up my arm.

It's just for recreational fun but still want to compete. It's a league full of former minor leaguers and college players.

Between baseball, work and having kids I have only a few hours in the evening to workout.
