10 week cutting cycle, shall i throw in some winny ????

so i posted about using tren next cycle, its going to be a 10 week cutting cycle. fairly strict throughout. however i was wondering if its worth running some winstrol too at 50mg ed for 8 weeks as i have it on hand ???

    500mg test a week
    400mg tren a week
    50mg winny a day
all for 10 weeks with arimidex .25mg eod and a 4 week pct of clomid/nolva after.

Tren 's a strong AAS and isn't recommended unless you have a number of cycles under your belt.

Go for it then. You are, I think, ignoring the advice in the other threads. Looks like you can't retain any gains anyway so the more juice the merrier

    Good luck.

back in black you are right there, i do find it really hard to keep my gains when i come off cycle, it seems like if i have a few days out the gym i loose strength and abit of size. obv i dont go back to square one but 6 months after i cycle i feel myself back to where i was. i have kept gains from my first and second cycle but my cycles now on i seem to get good gains on cycle come off and 6 months later i have lost most of those gains.

So something is wrong. Let's say you get above 15stone on a cycle there's no reason why the majority of that can't be maintained.

Let's say you have just completed your cycle and you now weigh 15st 5lbs. How does your diet differ now to how it was at the start of cycle and weighing 12lbs less?

my diet is almost exactly the same, no joke either. i hate people who go on about genetics however as i am natually very skinny is it harder for me to keep hold of the gains ? i know if i was to stop training and eat 3 meals a day i would go back down to around 12 stone at 6'. last year i went on holiday for 2 weeks and lost a whole stone just from having 3 small meals a day with no training !!!!

If you don't eat to support new growth you won't maintain it. Simple as that. You eat enough to maintain your current weight. If you then gain weight from AAS and don't change your diet to eat more the of course you won't maintain it. It's not about genetics or aas it's about changing your eating habits.

You where offered advice in another thread now you make another one. My advice to you now is don't bother wasting your money on steroids for a temp gain in mass cause you don't know how to keep gains, why risk damaging your health for a few month of extra weight, I don't see the point. However do what ever you feel is right, I will be here waiting for your 6th cycle and stats see if you actually learnt anything.
