how do i get my natural test up as high as ppssible?

i have been lifting everyday, eating healthy, drinking green tea, lots of sleep, lots of water, trying to have sex or at least masturbating a few times a day,

I take d-aspartic acid, what else can I do to bring my test up as high as naturally possible?

    Vitamin d is good too.

There are some herbals that have been advertised for years to increase testosterone levels in men but I'm not a big fan of herbal remedies.

Ageless Male? Deer Antler spray? Conseco swears by the stuff

What are your levels at now? How do you know they are low? Have you had blood work done to measure your testosterone ?

Do you have any recent blood work? I'd be curious about your current levels. Any thoughts on what caused low levels before? Lifestyle?

JM has made some great suggestions.

No recent blood work, bloodwork was done at a time when I was not having sex, not eating anything, depressed, not working out at all. so maybe its different now, idk.

Absolutely. I'd have all your hormones checked (free and total test, LH, FSH, estrogen) as well as a thyroid panel and cortisol. Any of these hormones out of normal range could cause any number of problems. It would be a good idea if a recent panel hasn't been done just to know if these hormone are low, high, or outside of normal ranges.
