    starting to get serious about diet - tuna disgusting me any way to disguise taste..

    Small Canned tuna, any way to disguise taste?

    Will be convenient for me as I don't have access to microwave etc but I hate all fish, any way to disguise taste dp I can down a can to help with proteins goals?

    Alittle hot sauce or some mrs dash lemon pepper seasoning always works for me and easy to do.
