I have run both. For PH's Ran a cycle of Max LMG and Halodrol 50. Both times I gained some good strength and almost no size. I was shut down hard, felt depressed almost all of the time, sex drive was non-existent. Ran PCT and recovered, lost the gains. Would never consider using PH's again. I have run two cycles of AAS both with test. The gains don't even compare with PH's, also on test I had an overwhelming sense of well being while on a cycle. Testosterone is what makes a man a man. Will never run a cycle without it.

I used superdrol it made my liver sore

I ran tren hdrol and mdrol ph's. Felt like crap on both drols with insane back pumps. Got nothing from the tren

I love test and d Bol. Feel great on it, way more gains and strength. IMO ph's are garbage. Very very hard on your body and in my experience I end up losing almost everything from such a short cycle. I did a few cycles years ago and leaned my lesson. Good luck.
