Please focus on the diet that you just posted about and forget about AAS at this time.

You need a testosterone base for any cycle. If this is your first attempt at research, start by reading the sticky threads.

Only if you want to harm your liver, shut down your natural testosterone production, put on a lot of water weight and lose any gains as soon as you quit.

Welcome to the forum. There is a lot of great information here. Happy learning.

Let's not get carried away now.

    - Adding testosterone will not protect your liver.
    - Water gains are controllable.

Most things you hear, here as a new member are not what you want to hear but probably need to. I just finished my pct last week but have been on a diet with proper macros for last 3 1/2 weeks and my muscles feel bigger and fuller than I can remember. Plus have not lost gains.

"Feeling bigger" is no indicator, brother.

No indicator of lean to fat to water ratios.

Scales are mostly worthless. BodPod assessment or Dexa Scan. Cost between 20 to 75 bucks depending on the location you go to.

Hormone manipulation is NOT a simple matter.

Exogenous steroids (steroids from "outside" the body) will shut down/suppress your HTPA function. You risk a number of short and long term problems by doing so. The hormones in your body regulate sexual function, cognition, sleep-wake cycles (your circadian rhythm), digestion, immune system function, appetite, mood, cardiac function, lipid metabolism, hematopoiesis and more. When you shut down your HTPA you will disrupt many of these essential functions. Steroid can experience a range of side effects including hair loss (alopecia), erectile dysfunction, low libido, cystic acne, mood swings, disruptions to your sleep-wake cycle, changes in appetite, increased blood pressure, impaired lipid metabolism and rising cholesterol levels, joint and muscle pain (arthralgia and myalgia), and more.

You should be aware of this before proceeding. Even the drugs you take to minimize these effects will also have side effects related to taking them. Everyone is different on the side effects they experience and the recovery from HTPA suppression.

YOU CAN TAKE DBOL ALONE - but I wouldn't do it myself - DBOL for 6 weeks at 40-50mg a day you would gain! But again I wouldn't run an oral cycle alone - i'd use testosterone with that.

But I am sure there is liquid DBOL out there as well...........

    Keep reading:

My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

Few people will tell you what to take. If you're unsure, you need more reading. More importantly than choosing the right steroid (s) is (1) having that nutrition plan NAILED down and committed to it, and (2) being aware of all the risks you are exposing yourself to.

Your choice to cycle or not MUST be an INFORMED one.
