Question about estradiol levels getting higher on cycle, but same arimidex dosage?

Yes I was on a cycle for some quite time of test (high amount). For some reason though the last month of my cycle my estrogen levels were much higher (I got blood work done). I was taking the same dosage of per day as welll. Anyone know why my estradiol levels were much higher? Does test start to convert more and more into estrogen after you been on it for so long?

I know not for an AI, but i've heard to take Nolva on a cycle if you start to get Gyno. But that's just what i heard not saying it's right.

Nolva will help with gyno. Raloxifene is generally better, but I'm not sure his issue is gyno or elevated E. Gyno is a symptom. Elevated E2 in serum is a sign of uncontrolled aromatization.

I know this isn't my thread but muscle or kel i have a question. Is it alright to have a pre workout on cycle? Or is it useless. I usually just drink coffee during my workouts because it gives me good energy but i used a sample of pre workout once and it was amazing.

I use coffee before, water during.
I don't use pre-workouts but many do and like them.

Probably best to start another thread so we don't take this one off course.

Short answer.....it's ok but remember PWOs increase HR and gear affects BP. The two together could be an issue long term. (I only use TNE as a PWO now).

Then don't give advice if you don't know if it's right.

Yes I did use different gear, but test levels were the same and my source I trust very well. My Estrodiol levels were 20 before, but now 36. Is 36 too high will that cause gyno? Or does it have to be WAY higher then 36?

36 shouldn't cause you a problem provided its still within the reference range. Gyno should be the least of your concerns however when estrogen rises.

How much Adex and how often?
Did you use something like Anavar towards the end of cycle?

I am using 0.75 MG per day with 1 gram of test a week. You know now that I remember, I think last time during my cycle (awhile back) I was taking 1.25 MG per day of arimidex which placed my estrogen levels at 17 NG/DL per day. I just looked at my blood work.

    Looks like that's your answer.
Did you do pre cycle blood work?
Or just use your post cycle panels from your prior cycle?

If you feel you're having E2 issues you could always (gasp) lower your test dosage a bit. Do you really need a gram per week? Most surely don't.
