One of my rugby teammates is about to start a cycle of test E at 400 mg per week, and EQ at 600 mg per week. I'll let you know how it works out for him

The big one for endurance athletes is EPO. I dont think I've ever seen it for sale though.

    i know two biathalon/triathalon guys.
they both swear on equipoise if you are gonna do aas.
I wouldnt worry about the bone density thing at all because bone density changes all the time depending on work load.

your bones are not going to grow faster than your muscles or work load needs!

bone density only matters in swimming bc it effects how high you sit in the water so significantly. In other sports this does not effect performance negatively like in swimming.

I'm an avid endurance athlete and coach. In fact, I just personally came off a cycle after finishing an Ironman triathlon (2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike and 26.2 mi marathon).

I highly recommend the following cycle: 125mg of Sus250 every week, 200mg EQ every week and 2iu HGH daily following a 5/2 cycle. I know this seems like nothing in the BB world but this is a very effective / popular cycle for endurance athletes.

In endurance athletes natural testostrone is always suppressed to some degree. The 1/2cc of Sus250 just ensures the T levels stay on the high side of normal. Anymore and you will either hold water or put on muscle that you don't need or both. The EQ increases RBC without the risks associated with EPO. The hgh helps a great deal with recovery from the enormous amounts of long slow training volume that must be done as well as helps to increase overall endurance.

Feel free to PM me and I can give you my email to give to your friend if you like.

Unfortunately info about AAS and their use by endurance athletes is very hard to find. It would be great if the mods would create a new section to discuss the subject. That would certainly give this forum an edge over the others on the web.

From what I can tell the bad effects of EPO are exaggerated. EPO is the main drug of choice for endurance athletes, i.e. runners and cyclists.

Even sprinters take EPO. And the fact that a few cyclists died in the late 1980's seems more like an urban legend than anything else.

I've yet to read who the names were, what dosages they were taking and how many actually died.

EPO was(and more likely still is) very popular in the pro cycling peloton. And none of the greatest cyclists that rode since the drug made its' way into the sport has died from EPO abuse.

That would be a hard thing to prove anyway, so the point is moot.

I've seen Epo sold by a few sources. Usually expensive

I'd say low dose EQ or Deca or Anadrol

i have alot of friends that play college lax d1 and such (all of ****ing long island plays lax).. the ones that do utilize the competitive edge .. test on low dosages nothing extreme and EQ or DECA , but most of the deca around my area is fake and EQ is alot easier to obtain... but most athletes i talk to swear to lots of EQ and some sort of test.

Sorry for bumping a year-old thread, but in case your are still around peptide, and notice this post, I'd love to get in touch with you. Being a new member I cannot PM you though, but if someone could help me get in touch with you, I'd be very pleased! :-)
