Injection Frequency Question
I am currently on a 200 ml/week IM prescription of test cyp, eat cleanly, lift regularly, and am seeing great results but fear I may be at a plateau. I haven't gained mass or strength in a couple of months. I want to up my dosage of cyp to 300 ml/week to bump me out of the plateau. For how long should I go with the added cyp and am I better off injecting twice/week or sticking with once/week during this bump? Any advice appreciated.

200mg per week, not ml....
Anyway, That's not how you get through a plateau. Eating clean will get keep you healthy, that's about it. You want tro grow, you need to eat more. That and only that is your problem. You're not eating enough, period.
Check the nutrition section. 300mg is a joke and won't do anything for you.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Thanks for the correction Austinite. Why do you say that 300mg is a joke? I'm not looking to become a competitive bodybuilder. Just looking to bump up my test levels for a couple of months and want to know if twice weekly injections are better than once weekly.

I'd like to Cody but I would run out of gear too soon. I have limited supplies via the prescription route. Theoretically, if I get the gear, how long should I run 600mg before going back to my prescribed 200mg?

A cycle is usually around 12 weeks for long esters.

Make sure you have everything you need to run a proper cycle before you start.

Domt be so quick to jump right into more drugs. Peoples routine is regularly the culprit when they are having trouble gaining strength/size. Post up your workout(here or workout forum) and let's see what your doing. You should be able to progress for years, especially on that dosage of test

Switch routine and training some. do different exercises, and eat right that will keep your body guessing

Looks like the majority is suggesting a change in routine and not necessarily more gear. Hmm...

He doesn't need more. You don't even know his workouts or diet and you are telling him to triple his current dose? Just stop, please.
OP, like a few people stated, you want more muscle tissue, you need more food, not more drugs. In addition to this, if you've been training the same way for awhile now, switch it up to stimulate more growth and strength.
For instance, if you constantly perform the flat barbell bench press, you will eventually hit a ceiling where strength ceases to increase. You'll need to do bench press variations to continue strength increases (incline, decline, dumbell, etc). Work on a variation for a few weeks, than switch it up again.
