I'm running dbol 50 every day and 500mg of test e I can't get passed 19 I want 22-23" and I'll be happy I'm 210 pounds 5'8" bfi 13% 39 years old basically what I was wondering is there anything that would give me the fast gains for amature comp like I said I would like to gain 2-3" thanks for any info supplied

Fast gains? No not really. Tried eating more? Sounds like your gear is fake. Just water retention alone (unless you're an expert at managing it) should increase size.

I have used sythol before on my bi's, put on about 2 inches. Lot's of guys use it for pre comp, but it is not for the faint of heart and is for guys that have been body building for years.

More food, more gear, more time, more rest, more sleep, more weight lifted, lol, anyways synthol could do the trick, but putting on that many inches on your arms would probably mean gaining like 25 lbs of muscle.

Your profile says you're 30? Typo?

I'm a little confused. Putting 3-4" on your arms in one cycle isn't going to happen. It won't even happen in one year.

Yea I can't imagine my arms at 19, I'm 5'7-5'8 depending on who's measuring apparently lol and my arms are only 15" (I do think they should be bigger if anyone is going to say that, I played hockey and never did bicep isolation all my younger life, I maxed out at 192 in weight, arms are lagging...)

Confidence is great but I know of no one who put 3-4 quality inches on their arms in one year. And I know many top level BBers, including several pro's.
A thought would be to post up a current pic now. Then in December update this thread with another. If you can do it, it'll be impressive as hell!

Your forearm looks bigger than your upper arm. I'm sorry bro but you have a long long long eay to go. Hit up the nutrition section and they will help you get to a 23" arm by December.

My arms are 18" and I'm fat as hell (like 17%) and I have far better definition...not to mention they look a lot better too. I'm 6'3 though so they still look big because of the length...
Hmm...maybe the OP was talking about arm length....that would make more sense. Sorry man, gear won't make your arms longer.

Just awfull .. No definition .. Body fat is def higher than mentioned .
Eat some food and try lifting weights it will help you get to your goal.
Put up a pic of your entire upper body we can eye ball your body fat %
Best of luck. I will say a prayer for you.

come on be nice !! At least he is on here trying to learn- that's better than 95% of the fatass couch potatoes out there.
Op you got a good base - like a big stone before it because a statue just need to take your time and use the correct tools only when needed (training eating resting-not steroids ) But read this till then

Man ..lol. OP you are getting torn apart now.
Listen. You can forget about a 22" or bigger inch arm as most of us here can. But there is hope. If you put the work in magical things can happen.
A lot of mine was muscle memory but I put 3.5 SOLID inches on my arms in as little as 5 months. 12 months later I put another 2 inches on them. And yes I'm counting "pumped" measurements but still point is if you put the work in eating resting and training you can do this. I know time has a major impact on things. I have a leisure job so it does help me a lot but still if you study on how to gain muscle and apply those techniques it will come. Thats all Ill say good luck "onemorerep"

I've heard for each inch on your arm you need to put on 10-15lbs. So maybe eat more n getcha weight up.

Forget the size of your arms and concentrate on building a ripped big body, 19" arms is very impressive but they aren't when they look 14" and fat so my advice is don't measure them and start dieting because you will lose around 2" off those to even see a bicep and tricep. Best of luck

Keep up the good work and show us your 20' arms in a few months when you get there.

In Avi my bi's are very 18 1/2"
This was at 22 or % Bf
I have dropped about 7% Bf & now my arms are @ right under 18"
What you got there is ton of fat - Just from arm pic I'd say 30%+++++
Having giant fat arms looks like ass. 17's @ 10% Bf look way better - I know, I have done both
