    My first cylce!!!! Thought PLEASE!!!

    33y
    202lbs 5'11"
    16% BF

I've been training since 26y. Been though all the GNC bullSh. Slowing down quite a bit. Lack of motivation in the gym. My physique starting to look I dunno... softer/saggier. Not as tight as 21y. Blood work is fine (for my age the Dr. says).

    10wk cycle
    Test C-250 Mon. Thurs. 500/wk
Aromisin will begin wk 2 through PCT 12.5mg/day
Nolva 2wks after last pin ED 40/40/20/20

Am I on the right track?? Thanks for any input.

Are clomid and hcg really necessary? I was thinking I might want to see how my body reacts/sides/sensitivity. I would def have them in my next cycle tho. Checked BF at my Golds on that hand held. Is that not accurate?

HCG and clomid aren't for controlling side effects. HCG mimicks LH, keeping the leydig cells actively functioning to aid in your recovery and percent cellular atrophy. Clomid is a SERM that in addition to blocking estrogen, it has spermatogenetic effects to increase sperm load and motility post cycle since intratesticular function is suppressed on cycle. Why would you not use them?

Was it that digital hand device for bf? They are not very accurate at all.

In doing my online research, the cycle I came up w seemed to b the bare bones minimum. Guess I was just trying to save $$.... It will b about 2wks for my gear to arrive. I'll be ordering clomid and hcg before then. I won't start until I have everything in place.

Yep. Digital hand device.... Do you know the percentage of error give or take?

Depends when/if the device was calibrated. Body pod or DEXA scan are most reliable. Manual calipers are better than those digital devices.

Here's a chart so you can at least estimate bf.
