Starting back up
Without going into detail I'm back to working out after sitting out for 8 months due to injury. I was hoping to get some suggestions on a supplement that could give me a little kick start back. I've done cycles in the past and will do another in a few months but for now just something to help me get back in the zone. Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

Good diet is #1
Try a little caffeine if you need a pick me up. Maybe a red bull.
If you know how to cycle you know to wait until you have been back in the game/gym for quite a while before using any aas

^ what he said. Plus count ur calories and also when u get in the gym start slow and each week build up slowly so u dont reinjure urself
