    caloric deficit and holidays

    Lol, anybody have the same mindset as I do
    U know a holiday is coming up with a feast meal and lots of diff foods to choose from, but your mind is telling u wanna eat but mind will also play tricks as hindered gains lol, anybody else get thatsame feeling during a holiday gathering?
    Like u feel like all the progress u made is going to goto shit in one meal or just eating whatever for one day, turkey, choc, ect ect
    Since its easter sunday this coming sunday I am planning on making it my refeed day

    Carb cycling is all I can think of. Make your high carb portion of cycle start at the holiday. You can actually improve due to the extra....
