Prone to Gyno - Arimidex Dosage?

I developed Gyno as an adolescent and don't want to deal with it EVER again. About to do my first cycle, what kind of Arimidex dosage would everyone recommend.

I am currently planning for 0.25mg EOD but thinking more on the lines of going 0.25mg ED.

This is really something you are going to have to play with because the doses are going to be somewhat specific to you, your level of estrogen at any given time, and how gyno prone you are. I would say if you are gyno prone then .25mg ED will do, it is hard to shut down your estrogen like people warn about with Adex.

If you really want to do it right you are going to have to do a little trial and error with bloodwork. I would take a certain dose, say the .25mg ED, then get some bloodwork done once all of the compounds are in full swing and see what your blood levels look like. If your estrogen is high then you know to up the dose and vice versa. Any other way and you are just taking a shot in the dark.

So, what do I do? Go to my doctor, tell them I am on a cycle of steroids and want to ensure my blood work is in order?

Doctors are absolute IDIOTS... They said my test levels were FINE: My test number was 11.1 nmol/l OR319 ng/dl. I am 33 not 90!

You really dont need much. I would start out with the 0.25mg EOD.

What does you cycle look like? Higher doses of aromatizing AAS might require highter dose of anastrozole.

Then I have my PCT in there as well. I will be taking Arimidex weeks 13 and 14 and PCT with Clomid and Nolva start on week 15.
