What is the better protocol. .. I have heard people do 1ml of (250) every 3.5 days or 2ml (500) once a week... just curious where you might see more of a gain

Twice a week. Keeps you more balanced with less of a roller coaster ride with ups and downs.

Gains will be similar with either but you will feel better doing it twice. Make sure to do it right by using HCG , AI and proper PCT. The more knowledge you have, the better.

It does but your levels peak 24-48 hrs post injection and then decline from there. S ministering every 3.5 days keep levels steady if you were to pin 500 once ew you would have really high and then lower levels at the end of the week with more of side effects

I believe troughs on once a week injections of Cyp and enan are still higher than troughs on twice a week injections. Some ppl don't notice the up and down effects of weekly injections. Try each and see which you prefer.
