I am currently taking Synthroid for hypothyroidism and my doc said it is extremely important to slowly taper up your dose. I should mention that both of my sisters have hypothyroidism and both of my sisters were told by their docs as well to slowly taper up. I understand there are articles on this forum suggesting you do not need to taper up your dose; however, it may behoove you to slowly taper up your dose just to be careful.

Docd187123's, I am only currently taking Var, I am on 15mg a day, I can't really go any higher as the sides worry me, it already affect me skin at this amount I am also a massive wimp so can't do injectables either! I did do growth hormone (I can cope with a baby needle) a few months ago and loved it but unfortunately can't carry on with that as it's massively expensive (£300 a month) Anything else I'd be worried about the sides as at the end of the day I still want to be a girl! Does anyone know much about peptides? I have had this suggested to me as a cheaper alternative

I woukd do one thing at a time, run var now with adjusting your diet and throw in t3 since u already have your mind set up running t3, as for steroids , woukdnt worry to much about peptides, worry about one thing at a time, if u adjust your diet as mentioned throw in a refeed once a week or maybe consider carb cycling I almost guarntee u, u will start to see results quicker then u think, var will preserve muscle as with any steroid , and a good diet and t3 will get u shreded, as honeslty u dont have to much longer before muscle starts popping, I would guess another 10lbs loss and u will get to where u want to be and build off that, at the end of the day we are never satified lol, we always want better, but your physique looks good lisa

Also try setting up your carb intake at 50g for breakfest, pre and post w/o if doing 150g carbs daily
If doing 100g a day set your carbs up for pre/post workout, the rest of your meals will consist of protein and fats
Try setting it up that way for your carb intake

T3 Information
Hey Lisa,
So i realize, this post is from quite a while ago. I was wondering if you ever found out about T3 and the cycle and dosage or anything about it for women. I am in the same position as you and will be taking anavar and want to add t3 with it. I cant seem to find anything online that i would trust, everyone seems to go back and forth with this topic. So if you could possibly give me some insight, and if you did use it, I would like to hear how your results were with the 2. Greatly Appreciated,
