cutting cycle over, now what?
Hello,
I just finished my fourth cycle that was under the supervision of a close friend who is an IFBB pro. It was a cutting cycle.
I started the cycle 3 months ago:
6'0 221, 12% bf
Ended the cycle last week at:
6'0 211, 6% bf
The cycle was the following;
Gear
Testosterone Propionate
• Weeks 1 though 10
• 300mg a week
• Injected intramuscular Mon, Wed, Fri at 100mg each injection
Trenbalone Acetate
• Weeks 1 though 10
• 300mg a week
• Injected intramuscular Mon, Wed, Fri at 100mg each injection
Winstrol
• Weeks 6 though 10
• 50mg every other day
Human Growth Hormone
• Weeks 1 through 10
• 2 IU’s every morning
Clenbuterol
• Weeks 1 through 2: 20mcg every day
• Weeks 3 through 4: 40mcg every day
• Weeks 5 through 6: 60mcg every day
• Weeks 7 through 10: 80mcg every day
Anastrozole
• Weeks 1 through 6: 1mg three times a week
• Weeks 7 through 10: 1 mg everyday
Diet was low carb, high fat at the beginning with 300g of protein ingested 6 times a day. I can post the diet details if you guys want.
I'm thrilled iwth the results, as I'm leaner than I've ever been in my life. I've started PCT and I don't want this momentum to stop.
My question is, do you have suggestions for a next cycle?
I'd like to get up to about 220 but maintain this lean level as best as possible. My friend was very kind to help and I bought him a thank you gift for his charity, with that said he has a real job and doesn't have the time to help out with it anymore.

You could run a similar cycle but drop the clen . Instead of being at a calorie deficit, be at a calorie increase. You should make good lean quality gains with that

I'm a bit hesitant to run tren so long so close to each other, I did that and it gave me massive amounts of acne last time.

6% Bf at 6 foot and 211 pounds is beyond awesome

Just to be clear. Are you asking for advice about immediately jumping on cycle again? Or just what your next cycle should be?

I also was unsure about the arimidex , and didn't take it every day or as recommended, went down to .5mg eod.
I've been on growth for over a year, he didn't know that and informed me growth is a long term commitment.

I had a trainer I paid about 8 months ago. He had me on 500/500 test prop and tren acetate.
The diet he had me on was carb cycling with crazy macros.... 50g carbs 3 days than 800g the fourth. My results weren't good, I wasn't lean, and I had incurable acne on my back that has left some scars. I had to go on accutane. Let me work on pics.

I had a 3 caliper test, I knew there was a lot of room for error and the guy was kind of weird that did it. Regardless I appreciate the compliment.
Any suggestions for the next cycle? I want to stay lean/get leaner and get to 220. I can post diet plan also if you guys are interested.
All help is so greatly appreciated.

Also any sides while u were on juice?
Diet will be your biggest to stay that lean
If u want to pick up some more weight and not the fat u will have to eat clean ...very clean
And probably some test
But u have to remember
Time on,plus pct=time off

I have had absolutely no sides on this specific cycle. only 300/300 test tren .
Here is the diet at the end:
Diet Program
Meal 1 – 2 scoops whey isolate, ½ cup oatmeal (take the 1 minute oatmeal and mix it into the shake)
Meal 2 - 6oz white fish or chicken, 1 cup green beans or broccoli
Meal 3 - 6oz white fish or chicken, 1 cup green beans or broccoli
Meal 4 - 6oz white fish or chicken, 1 cup green beans or broccoli
Meal 5 - 6oz white fish or chicken, salad (Greens Only) with 1tbsp vinegar and 1tbsp olive oil.
Meal 6 - 12 egg whites (one carton)
Pre-workout - 2 scoops EVP
Post workout - 2 scoops whey isolate (vanilla),1 scoop GlycoJect
Here is the diet at the beginning. We gradually took elements out as we went on:
Meal 1 – 2 scoops whey isolate, ½ cup oatmeal (take the 1 minute
oatmeal and mix it into the shake)
Meal 2 - 6oz chicken or turkey, 1/3 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 - 6oz chicken or turkey, 8oz sweet potato (cooked in the
microwave, chilled and then re-heated.)
Meal 4 - 6oz chicken or turkey, 1/3 cup raw almonds
Meal 5 - 8oz white fish or chicken, salad with 1tbsp vinegar and 1tbsp
olive oil. At this point you can add in all of the extras you like (not
croutons)
Meal 6 - 12 egg whites (one carton)
