HCG 500u a week , some people have started both in a few weeks from starting, and some have taken it right out of the gate, your opinions?

I would start Arimidex and HCG day 1. The arimidex dose I would run .25 mg every other day and adjust up to .50 mg if needed. You don't want to wait for your sides before you decide to start running your AI or HCG.
