When I was about 22, (28now), I used his cycle info with great results as far as cutting goes. The thing is that now, the same regimens are not as effective. I'm not sure if my body has adjusted, but it's not like it was.
Can anyone recommend a cutting phase? I'm prob like 18% right now and I feel like lop... only thing that's cuts me lately is a calorie drop, but then I see my muscle tissue deflate like a balloon.
