Still have abscess in glute

I injected into my right glute on May 15th, I did get a substantial amount of swelling that eventually went down after a week or so. It is now 2.5 weeks later and still have an abscess in my right glute. It is not painful, or any discoloration, just a hard lump. I no longer inject in my glutes and now only do quads.

ANY guidance on this would be much appreciated...

What is the doc going to do, if anything? Going to the docs being more on the precaution side of things I understand.

I will go to my local walk in clinic and see what they have to say, good time to get my blood work checked too.
