I am a "less is more" kind of guy especially when it comes to stacking substances together. My gear is top notch. Very close to pharm grade quality in a UGL so you don't need a lot of it. Now I know some guys are going to say "running var with tren is a waste"....Well here is my reasoning
Tren is 3-4 times more potent then Test interms of operating as an Adrogen on the CNS.
Now the Strength gains are so Fast lots of injuries happen. The reason it happens is Collagen Synthesis, and Elastin cannot keep up pace with the huge increases in performance.
Tren also does nothing for ATP synthesis ( aka endogenous Creatine), so the muscle is not able to hold as much glycogen ,atp, and h20.
There are 4 things that specialize so to speak in increasing collegen and elastin. 3 of which cannot be used with such a cycle, however anavar can.
Using these 2 together will compliment each other quite well. This is my first time using tren so I will be using respectable low doses. There is no need for me to run any higher especially because im running other compound as well.
Training - Basic but just a lot of it. 3 days on, 1 day off.
Back and bicep.
8 back exercises / 10 sets of 10 reps
6 bicep exercises / 10sets of 10 reps
Chest and triceps
8 Chest exercises / 10sets of 10 reps
6 triceps exercsies / 10sets of 10 reps
Legs and Shoulders ( very tiring day lol )
7 leg exercises / 10sets of 10 reps
7 shoulder exercises / 10 sets of 10 reps
ED - stretch / run 1.5 miles before workout / ab routine / followed by 3 hour workout routine / followed by 1.5 mile run
Workouts always in the am. 6am-10am.
Train 2.5/3 hours muay thai ED 7pm-9:30pm
Nutrition (ill give you the just of it)
4am - 4x L-arginine proglutamate lysine pills
5am - 1 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop protein power, 1 cup frozen blueberries, half cup egg whites
6am - Beta aline, citri-mallate, agmatine sulfate in Gatorade before workout
10am - 2 scoops protein power, 40grams dextrose, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1 table spoon PB, 1.5 cup skim milk, creatine, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate
11:30am - 1 sweet potatoe, 2x chicken breast, 4 cups broccoli
2pm - 2xfish(tuna/salmon/halibut) 1 cup brown rice, 3 cups broccoli
4:30pm - 1 chicken breast, 1/2cup ground beef, 1/2 avocado, 4 cups spinach
6:30pm - 3 eggs, 250ml egg whites, 3 cups spinach
9:30pm - 1.5 scoop protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp PB, creatine, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate.
10:30pm - 4x L-arginine Proglutamate Lysine pills
Current stats
25, 6'2, 210, 9.5/10 % BF
This will be my 4th cycle overall
Goals - 10-15 pounds lean muscle, loose some bf %. Will be a walking photo shop!

what's your TDEE?
how many calories you intend to consume daily?
that's a lot of weight to gain on a cutting cycle?
