    Hi,
I'll leave your blood work to someone with more knowledge, but looking at the pics in your other thread I'd say your body fat is too high to be considering AAS. Compounds like Anavar are best used when cutting from low(ish) body fat to very low. You probably shouldn't use it until you are about 12% or less. I did a bunch of research on this site on Anavar only cycles, there are many threads suggesting that a Var only cycle works, but in my opinion the overwhelming consensus is that you should have a test base for any cycle.

Cycles without Testosterone: Why you should avoid them at all costs

Based on your before injury picture it looks as though you know how to eat right and train, so my humble suggestion is to keep cutting naturally until you are at a better position to take advantage of AAS.

I wouldn't advise on doing AAS due to your kidney values, AST (liver) out of range too. Lower your protein intake and retest your creatinine and eGFR in a 6 weeks.

Realise that kidney failure will lead to dialysis for live or kidney transplant.

    same benefits?

yes My diet is not the issue./ i plateau to much and not only my diet been good its take me
a bit of time to drip does extra fat in the belly and harding my physiques.

by the way how can i get some one or an expert that can help me out with my blood work?

For kidneys all you can do is drink a lot of water, control your bp and reduce protein intake

What does your doctor says? If you havent talked to a doctor yet that is what you should do. Your egfr is a bit high but in range, might not be such a big deal.

basically told me to lower my Protein intake
    drink a lot of water
if i could become a vegetarian do so

    told me lower my intake..
when i told him i fight and workout he suggest i stop
but i started to take plant base protein like i said
i only consume 100 gm at 197 and eat a natural balance diet
    of mostly fruits and veggies

tomorrow i will go and get a retest...of the same exact test.
any thing different should i test also?

your kidneys are at 85% functional, if that's how its been for a long time I wouldn't worry about it too much, simply stay away from sodas, sugars and drink lots of water as noted above. consume all the protein you want but stay away from creatine.

    But to your question.

Testosterone is a great fat burner. There is nothing out there that says Anavar is a better fat burner than testosterone.
Testosterone dose-response relationships in healthy young men | Endocrinology and Metabolism
These guys did not weight train, they did not do orals, they just held basic calories to 1000ish over TDEE with 55% protein and lost tons of fat and gained tons of muscle.

But if you know you have liver/kidney issues you need to know cycling is going to put a strain on those items. The above is a test with HEALTHY people that were overweight/borderline obese.

Your labs aren't bad. Do you take creatine? Did you train within a few days of the bloodwork? How about water intake?
