Gyno question
Is there any other realistic and useful method of getting rid of you're gyno excluding surgery procedure? surgery cost $4000-8000 and some ppl can't afford that! so is there a noter option that people have used and it actually worked or no its surgery only?? and why does it cost so damn much??

How long has the gyno been present? Have any other methods to eradicate the tissue been attempted?
As for cost, factor in the following:
- surgeon's time
- anesthesiologist's time
- nurses/support staff time
- supplies (drug and non drug costs)
- operating suite time
- hospital overhead

Unfortunately, with that length, much of the tissue will be dense and fibrous I would expect. Surgical resection is often needed at that stage. How large is the lump? Has it grown in size or remained the same in the past 7 years? Painful to touch? Has the area been scanned (ultrasound or other)?
Another reason for resection is to biopsy the mass to be sure the cell line is benign.
Many medical facilities will offer payment plans. I know that's not ideal, but depending where you live, without insurance coverage, it will be an out of pocket expense.
Have you had any consults with surgeons lately?

I am fighting this as well, mine doesn't look as advanced as yours, I have a little lump behind the nipple, but still not ideal for that hard chiseled look. I upped my adex from 1mg eod to 1mg ed and added 40mg of nolvadex ed to try and stop/shink the lumps. I tried reading a bunch on here but there is so much conflicting info, it is hard to know what to do. It started when I bumped my test to 900mg a week split on sat and wed, I recently split it to mon wed fri to reduce the spike.
