26 years old. Ready for the life style change!
hey guys, fairly new as a member on this thread but have been reading and following for years now...anytime i really questioned anything.
So i'm looking for some good advice both nutritional and supplemental . I am 26 years ol.. been working out off and off for a few years. Nothing to competitive, just your average joe going 3-4 days a week.
I recently starting anavar 50 mg a day and had good results thinning me out slowly and got a bit of strength.
Im not sure what body fat percentage I have but would love to know a rough idea...i'm currently 5.7 and way 200 lbs.
Picture i have attached...
Diet isnt to bad...been gluten free for a while now cheating occasionally sunday's and it has really been helping. Stick to meat on my george foremen grill and vegies. Shakes usually before bed and in morning for breakfest.
A few close buddies who are in shows recommend me to possibly take primo with my anavar and lower my daily calorie intake to 1500 a day.
Any recommendations and thoughts?
Thanks for your time and effort to input and help out !

Hey beastmodelife welcome,
I'm going to point you to some great reads that I think you could learn a lot from.
I would read all the threads in this: Austinite's Educational Article Database
Your BF% is too high to be taking AAS without putting yourself at a higher risk for sides.
To your primo/var question: Cycles without Testosterone: Why you should avoid them at all costs
Here's a great thread on planning a first cycle: My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

Not being judgmental, but if you're buddies are competing, the first thing they would tell you is to lower the bf% and get the nutrition plan improved. It's great you've made some results so far, however, your nutrition is responsible for nearly 90% of your results. Gear isn't changing that equation. Diet above all else will drive results.
As stated, any cycle without a testosterone base is a poor plane and you drastically increase your odds of a poor or failed recovery with a lot of problems down the line that will be unpleasant and difficult to come back from.
Best thing at this time is to work on your nutrition and read about safe and proper cycling with all the necessary ancillaries (AIs, HCG ) and a proper PCT plane. Hormones in your body regulate numerous functions (sleep, appetite, mood, cognition, sex drive, digestion, immune system function, and more) so if you are going to mess around with them, know how to do it properly or the price you pay later could be very unpleasant.

Once again someones friends are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. Op, know that even anavar is suppressive to your HPTA. Meaning it suppresses testosterone production. You don't want this, ever.
