    Aromasin AI question. Vet help requested.

    Taking 25mg a day broken into 12.5 every 12 hours with fat (fish oil). E2 is still higher than I want it to be. What would be the next step for E2 reduction? The Aromasin thread is all over the place with no clear answer to going over 25 a day dose. Any help is appreciated.

    Try 25mg twice daily or get on adex. It's better at reducing E2 than aromasin .

    And if you're barely hovering over range, you can try Zinc/Copper/DIM. But if your dose simply isnt working, do what DocD said.

    Aromaisn is good, but it's weak.

    On Cycle currently.


    when on TrT @ 175/week I hover just out of range and take 12.5 a day
    I will bump to 25 twice a day and see what happens. If I have to add adex do I just suppliment the aromasin with adex or switch completely?

    Switch completely. Adex should do the trick on it's own and begins to drop serum E2 levels in a day or two.
