Sore nip 5 weeks in

Hi,
Currently 5 weeks into my cycle of 500mg EQ, 600mg cyp/week and 50mg tbol/day. Been running .5 mg arimidex every other day.
Past few days I've noticed soreness in my left nipple and what feels like possibly a small lump, no bigger than I piece of rice. I upped my arimidex dosage yesterday to .5 every day but hasn't helped yet. Should I run adex at this for a bit then up it again? Add something else???

Get on some tamoxifen 20mg a day straight away and get your blood work tested. Sounds like you could have some fake adex.

Yes^^ Same was happening to me 500mg Test E per week. I'm taking Nolvadex 25mg per day, seems to be helping.

had same issue: left nipple sore with lump in it.

i took nolva at 2x20mg per day first week. this week its one tab a day. it reduced it a lot. will continue till its gone
