Question about test cruise
I'm on my 4th cycle if test only. I've used it the last couple times to gain some strength for crossfit competitions (I know I know crossfit sucks). I have 4 weeks left on cycle but was asked today to compete in a local completion I about 10 weeks. I want to keep the strength gains but not sure how to cruise on it or if I need to tapoer down or what. I've always went 10 weeks and then pct 2 weeks after. So how to I keep going at this point. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

How long is the cycle you are on now?

So you have 4 weeks left on cycle, so 6 weeks from after your 10 week cycle till competition?
If you're on prop, I have no advice.
If you're on a long ester, I'd say push it to a16 week cycle. That's not really a big deal

Correct I'm on test e. That's what I've always run and feel comfortable with it. So just go
16 and follow the same two weeks after pct?

20 weeks is long and would be tougher to recover from.
12 weeks is normal which is really 14 weeks.
For me after week 12 of test gain slow I use extra week or 2 to solidify gains.
I know people who run 20 week cycles without issue and this being your 4th you have experience but I would suggest solid ai, blood work,hcg and longer pct say 5 or 6 weeks run test then till one week prior.

I would run 16 weeks. I'm on trt so I have no suggestions add far as pct.
If you wanted, you could cut all your doses in half at the 10 or 12 week. . But I don't see the point in that

Run a oral at end of cycle to keep gains going.
Remember people get in trouble chasing.

You should be fine running it out to 16 weeks.
