Albuterol and Keto Log
I've done as much research as I feel I can do on this subject. So now I think it's time for me to jump into it! I know it isn't considered AAS but there are people who are curious as to how well Albut works. So I'm here to be a reference!
STATS
- 21 year old Male
- 5'9"
- 195 lbs
- ~15 % BF using that handheld BF calculator
- Been training for 2+ years
Proposed Cycle
5.5 WEEK CYCLE w/ a goal to maintain muscle, maybe increase and lose about 12 lbs.
1st two days Albuterol 3mgx2
3rd day Albuterol 4mgx2
4th day Albuterol 5mgx2
5th day-WK 5.5 Albuterol 6mgx2 ED
WK 2-5.5 Keto 1mg ED
My diet varies a little bit but I will try and keep my macros as strict as possible throughout these 5 and a half weeks.
Preworkout at 5:45 am:
.5 XL eggwhite
1 XL whole eggs
2 oz eye of round steak
1 HEB whole wheat tortilla
Postworkout at 9:00 am:
.5 XL eggwhite
1 XL whole eggs
2 oz of lean turkey breakfast sausage or 2 oz eye of round steak
1 HEB whole wheat tortilla
Lunch at 12:00 pm
1 cup brown rice
8 oz boneless skinless grilled chicken tenders
Snack at 2:30 pm
Quest bar
Dinner at 6:00
.5 cup brown rice or 114 g sweet potato
10 oz boneless skinless grilled chicken tenders or 10 oz of extremely lean steak
115g steamed brocoli
This comes to about a 50p/30c/20f split
WORKOUT
I do a back/chest, bi's/tri's, legs, calves/abs/shoulders and HIIT cardio split. I'll do a 4 day split, 2 days HIIT and a rest day.

As pointed out before, diet before the compounds would be very helpful but good luck! Also, Musclehack is probably correct, I would run a DEXA Scan/BodPod assessment to get an accurate body fat percentage. When I did mine I was off by 6% which members here had already pointed out.

Don't be sorry. I have a hard time believing I'm over 25% though. First picture is flexed, middle picture is completely relax and third is flexed. I've seen that chart before too and looking at the chart then myself. I'd say under 20% but still close. I knew those handheld BF calculators weren't extremely accurate but 10% is pretty inaccurate

Variences from diet: Cup of veggies for dinner instead of rice.
Morning weight: 197.5
Summary of day: Had a labor intensive day at work. Pushed lunch back to 4:30 and worked out legs after, did not have much energy at all. Ate dinner a tad late.
I got shakey around noon and had a massive headache from 2 until I ate. I blame the work and not eating.
Day 1 was awful. Hopefully day two will be much better.

Try albuterol 2mg 3x a day might feel better. I'd say you felt like shit from albuterol.

Keto- 0mg
Variences from diet: Oatmeal instead of wheat toritillas
Morning weight: 193
Summary of day: Pretty easy day. Minimal shakes. Albut helped with my appetite. Was a little tired, maybe from lack of sleep, but stayed awake and focused all day.
Day 2 was much better than day 1.

Dosage: Albuterol- 4mg x 2
Keto- 0mg
Variences from diet: 12 oz egg whites plus turkey sausage and protein waffles instead of usual breakfast. I wanted beer in the afternoon so I cut out carbs at lunch and dinner and had veggies. Macros came out well. Hit my protein, low carb ~50g of fat.
Morning weight: - wasn’t at home so I didn’t weigh in.
Summary of day: Extremely easy. I found myself getting pretty hot at times throughout the day. No headaches or shakes. Full of energy.

I missed a dose in the afternoon
Keto- 0mg
Variences from diet: 12 oz egg whites plus turkey sausage and protein waffles instead of usual breakfast. I wanted beer in the afternoon so I cut out carbs at lunch. I was craving delicious food. Splurged and had a burger and sweet potato fries. I felt euphoric after.
Morning weight: - wasn’t at home so I didn’t weigh in.
Summary of day: Started sweating faster than usual in the middle of sexy time. Still running at hotter than usual temperatures.

Variences from diet: 12 oz egg whites plus turkey sausage and protein waffles instead of usual breakfast. Trying to cut out more carbs and increase fat, to avoid becoming a moody little girl so I had .5 cup of rice at lunch.
Morning weight: - wasn’t at home so I didn’t weigh in.
Summary of day: I started to get the shakes a bit in the afternoon, nothing too serious. My appetite was surpressed. I would probably be full of energy if I didn’t get 4 hours of sleep last night.

Variences from diet: Ate out and had BBQ, had lean brisket and beans.
Morning Weight: 194.5
Summary of day: Keto made me sleep through 5 alarms. I don’t even remember turning them off. Mix this with lack of sleep and wow, it’s powerful. I grabbed a zero cal monster energy drink on my way to work because I was falling asleep behind the wheel. Now I’m having some pretty moderate jitters. I can’t hold my hand steady, I blame taking Albuterol less than an hour and half earlier than drinking the monster.

Summary of day: Felt no jitters. Had enough energy to get me through the day, but I got waxed….. Ouch. The Keto is still making me sleep like a baby!

Summary of day: Used Albuterol pre-workout at 6:00 am. I didn’t feel too different, I’ll try again with a harder workout in the middle of the day this weekend.

Not sure how I have missed this. Big fan of the stack. You have to realize you have lost a substantial amount of water weight. It will slow down. If another 2 weeks and the weight loss is still this significant you might wanna increase cals. How is your strength etc ?

Wow. Life got a little crazy, sorry I haven't been updating!
I'll update later on my diet portion...
My strength hasn't changed much, if anything it's going up but hard to tell. My bench was 260x4 on the last set as of yesterday, could have possibly pushed another one or two but didn't have a spot and before I maxed at 305. My pull-ups has gone from 8 to 12. I try and change my workouts up so much it's harder for me to get a good apples to apples comparison.
Jimmy you were right, that 187 weight was mostly water weight, I had to have been dehydrated because I'm 188 now and look better in the mirror.
Unfortunately I ran out early.... No idea how it happened!!! I should have 26 ml left but I'm out... Plenty of Keto left! I'll have to get in contact with AR-R and find out a possible explanation. But looks like I'll be taking a week off. Not from my diet though, that'll stay till I get under 183 at a maximum.
Also, shout out to muscleink!! You were right about my BF % it was MUCH higher than 15%. My apologies for being defensive! I'm thinking I'm around 18% right now...
