    1st timer

    I have read here that only steroids that are 17-aa have an effect on your liver toxidity. I have been advised to take Test propionate and Test Cyp aong with Trenbelone at 0.75 ml 3 times a week as a 1st cycle would this be ok? My aim is to build some lean muscle. Do any of these effect the liver? Thanks

    Stats (age, weight, height, % bf) and prior cycles?

    Does anybody actually read the forum? Plenty of "first cycle" threads that have links to austinite's "how to successful first cycle" sticky.

    To answer your question...no that's not a good first cycle.

    OK whats your real age because your sentence formatting is more like that of someone 16. No offense if I'm wrong but???

    I have NO idea where you have read that, especially here. Can you provide a link or idea where you saw it.

    I'm guessing this is your 1st cycle and it's in now way a good one.

    height 6ft
    Weight 14 stone 7 lbs
    Body fat 15 %

    I have been training for 12 mths and lost 1 stone and seen to have hit a brick wall. My diet is a low carb high protein but cant seem to trim that extra body fat.

    What would you recommend as a 1st cycle to reduce body fat and build some lean muscle and have no effect on fitness.

    I'd recommend getting nutritional advise and cardio.

    Spend a lot of time reading. At least a month. Don't just listen to the guy at the gym trying to sell you gear. He's trying to make money not make you better. Do your own research.

    And no, that's not a good first cycle.

    Once i got to i have been training for 12 months and hit a brick wall ....i stopped reading !!
