    best meal plan for primo cycle

    starting 600mg/w primo with 250mg/w test. just wondering what your guy's experiance is and if you would suggest caloric surplus or deficit?
    i already think i know roughly what im gonna do unless anyone has first hand knowledge on the best way.

    im planning on 3600 cals thats 400 above my bmr.
    low car high protein.

    Well telling you surplus or deficit is going to depend on your goals. It sounds as if you want to bulk since you are eating more than your BMR, just make sure you are converting that BMR to your TDEE with the formulas you can find by searching TDEE on here.

    My rule of thumb is 300-500 above TDEE for a bulk and the same under for a cut. Unless I am giving advice to someone who does not weigh a lot, like a woman.

    oh yeah i mean above tdee. my bad was typing to quick. anywy yeah i really just wanna put on 7-10lbs lean muscle with no fat or bloat at all and primo seemed like my best choice.

    I wouldn't eat a single calorie over TDEE. I would change your cycle and gear. Your goals don't add up.

    this is why i left this forum for a year. last time i posted something you told me i was doing everything all wrong and that i didnt have a clue what i was doing but didnt tell me what exactly was wrong. so now whats... wrong does primo not add lean muscle without the bloat you get from other aas? does primo not work good with a caloric rescriction? every forum and every article ive read (100+) suggest primo does both of these superbly.

    You need to relax man. I don't know you and don't have anything against you. You are way too stressed out and take things way too personally. Just relax, man. Don't keep getting your feelings hurt and leaving for a year.

    Primo is not really a great mass builder. Most certainly not going to provide you with 10 lean lbs.

    600mg of primo is super entry level dosing for that steroid . The minimum I would run is 750 and prefer 1000mg. Don't know how long you plan on running this, but plan on going at least 16 weeks, preferably 20, to see good results.

    Lol I did over react sorry. Thanks for the advice. I will extend it a couple weeks.

    Do you think if I up the test I would be able to gain more. Or would that cause bloat and negate the primo?
