19 years old - possible cycle?
Hey guys.
Before you tear me apart, have a quick read.
I'd like to start by saying I'm not dead set on doing a cycle at all. I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm not going to act like I do. I've read up on steroids and it seems like the side effects are too much for me anyways, and I realize I'm not done growing yet so it would screw me up pretty bad (most likely).
I'm 19 years old and I've been lifting for 5 years now this November. Now, granted, this hasn't been a solid 5 years. It's been a sporadic on and off routine (if you could even call it that) for the past few years. I only really got seriously into lifting in April of this year.
These past few months I've become super proud of myself.
This is going to sound hard to believe, but before April of 2014 I was 5"10 115 pounds at the age of 18. Don't make fun of me, I've heard it all. In just under two months after having an intense 6 day a week workout taking creatine, carbion, and whey protein I was able to put on 20 pounds in just under 2 months. I couldn't believe it. Up until this point I had never been able to make real gains in my life, but then again I had never worked out this hard with the use of supplements such as creatine. (Purple k). At my peak, about 2 and a half, maybe 3 months in I was up to 138 pounds.
In July I went to a resort for 10 days with some friends, got hammered every day and ended up going back down to 128 pounds. I lost 10 pounds and I was devastated. I'm currently back up to 137 ish at night in just under a month of being back. I'm also taking mutant mass. Two scoops in the morning, two in the evening.
Basically I'm asking what you guys think. I have no idea what I'm doing and have absolutely no experience with steroids. I'd really like your opinions on this.
Also, if you have any tips, suggestions or feedback on anything other than steroids id be more than willing to hear it.
Thanks boys!Last edited by Gordonnnn; 08-24-2014 at 10:13 AM.

Steroids are not the answer. The best path for you is to tighten down on your discipline and stop skimping on diet and training. You have been serious since April, and that is a great thing to hear, but that has only been a few months. Just imagine what you can accomplish by taking your diet and training seriously for consecutive years.
You are light still so it will be very easy for you to grow with the proper methods, you have found this out yourself after gaining 20lbs. You need to lay off of the 10 day alcohol binges though.

Everything you need to know is in the nutritional forum. Head over there and spend a couple of weeks reading. Start with the stickys. Then head over to the training section and repeat.

In terms of diet I've just been eating as much as I can as often as I can. I did the math and I believe I need 1600 calories daily to maintain, 2100 to gain. I've been shooting for 3k-4k calories daily. Ive been having things like McDonald's and subway though, is than a big deal or is that fine? They're easy ways to get the calorie count up quick for relatively cheap.
As for the ten day alcohol binge, that was only because I was with about 60 people from school, 800 other kids my age at an all inclusive resort in Cuba. I felt like I should live a little while I was there. Don't worry, that's not an every day kind of thing.Last edited by Gordonnnn; 08-24-2014 at 10:44 AM.

Training is a lifestyle. In addition to your age and diet being an issue, your lifestyle doesn't compliment the discipline and dedication required.
Take AAS out of the picture.
