    Test E! Week 3 & Fat burning queshtion

    i just got into week 3 and here are my updates;

    No oily skin
    No acne
    I do have trouble sleeping. Insomnia but once i pass out im out for 6-8 hours
    not sure if i have an increase in libido, im always horny, even before cycle lol. but i do feel an increase size in my test sac & kinda feel it.

    other than that, no other side effects showed up.



    Now as for Benefit effects;
    i feel more energetic
    my well being is amazing, yet i think it always was. always having an positive outlook at life..

    Gym wise, i feel the same. Yet body wise. people say i'm getting bigger (im sure its due to proper diet and trainning, even before cycle)


    i'll be excepting more results by week 4-6 and keep everyone updated (especially the new people)..






    i also have a Diet/workout question.
    i have been eating extremly clean lately. i am trying to shred more but its hard, i am already fairly lean, but not as lean as i want to be.

    i eat, Oats, blueberries, chicken, greens, brown rice and before bed 2tbs of peanutbutter.

    not sure if its nutrition on workout plan, i dont do any cardio at all. i only do 4 min incline on treamille as a warm up but its not hardore or anything.

    any tips of getting more lean (core area)

    I would post exact diet in diet section...do you know your tdee? And how many cals u r taking in?

    Also visit marcus diary in the lounge. Excellent training advise there.

    Personally, I control my bf% by cardio. When I want to get leaner for summer I increase my cardio. Over the winter I'm not as concerned about it and I do less cardio. As a result my bf goes up. I would start adding some cardio first thing in the morning.
