Would clen be good for my situation?

Ok so I've lost 20+lbs in the past 3 months now I've hit a wall and was wondering if clen would be ok to start. I'm 28 5'11 236lb my goal is 190-95 lbs by next summer. Any input would be great

Head over to the diet and nutrition section and post your diet, TDEE, what your currently doing to lose weight (cardio, deficit etc) and we can take it from there drugs should be the last option, 20lbs over 3 months is an incredible achievement, don't be discouraged if it slows down.

Are you making sure you're eating under TDEE (counting calories)? That TDEE sounds really high, find one that works off your LBM.

You hit a wall try this ... It was easier loosing the weight before because you were heavier ... The more you weigh the easier the weight comes off fact ... After awhile it gets a lot harder. Get you a 50lb weight vest. Trick your body into think your 50lbs heavier again. Bust through plateaus every time while becoming much faster. Walk or run a few laps with a 50lb weight vest .... Take that thing off and you will fly. It's a fat burner that you can use forever for one price.

I need to know your bodyfat percentage as well, atleast roughly.

Good advice by RZM too, use hard work to break through plateaus, not drugs.

I agree with these guys. Judging by your posts it sounds like you still have a high body fat percentage, nothing wrong with that for now. I just wouldn't recommend taking Clen unless you were in pretty good shape. Two main reasons really, the first is that is can be hard on your body. My HR and BP rise when on Clen and no doubt being overweight at all would make those effects worse.

The second reason is that I have never agreed with people using drugs to lose weight unless they already know how to do it naturally. There is a big difference between using Clen to shed off the stubborn fat once you are below 13% BF and using Clen as a shortcut. At that weight and making assumptions on your body fat I believe you could still lose fairly quickly given a better planned diet.

Here is a fairly accurate TDEE calculator. When I use it I always get close to what my TDEE is after calculating it manually via the second link I am posting.

Something must be up, what is your height, age, weight, and BF% and I can see what I come up with.

Yes you could add it now. Also a GREAT time to re-evaluate your DIET!

Your TDEE should be around 2500 calories, not including cardio. if you're eating above this, eat at 2500 for 2 weeks and gauge if this is your actual maintenance or not. If you maintain weight the second week (first week can have a lot of water fluctuation) then that's your maintenance. Eat 300-500 calories less than that and you should lose a pound a week.

On days you do cardio, you have the option to either eat more food for the calories you burned, or take the extra deficit.

You need to count calories, I'd suggest the app myfitnesspal, it's very easy to use and has pretty accurate suggestions for a deficit.

My calorie Intake is around 1500 to 2000 that's why I was wondering why I've stalled on dropping the weight. Plus I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day do u think that me not getting enough rest could be putting a damper on my weight lose? My job is in a warehouse which has me walking all night long. Which I would think would help with losing weight.

    Fix the calories,
change the exercise/cardio pattern you do,
e.g. HITT / or ? explain how you lost the weight and fix the diet

Are you counting those calories or just guessing? If you've gone from eating say 5000 calories a day to suddenly eating 1500 calories a day, you're going to do some metabolic damage which could be the reason for your plateau, look up reverse dieting.

I agree with Khaz about your TDEE. If you are indeed eating 1500-2000 a day then you should most definitely be below TDEE. If what you say is true then you will continue to lose fat, it just might not be as fast as it was before, or as fast as you would like.

At lower body fat percentages I find it hard to tell if I am losing or gaining sometimes unless I look at myself quite a lot in the mirror. Sometimes taking identical pictures of yourself every couple of weeks helps.

You said you eat 1500-2000 calories a day. Anyone who is very serious about their diet knows 500 calories can be a big difference in a diet. If you aren't sure within 100 calories of what you are eating then you need to track it a little better. That myfitnesspal that was suggested is awesome.

I was eating about 3500 calories a day. And u did I just one day drop it to about 1500and yes I'm counting and measuring most everything I eat. Should I add more fiber to my diet someone told me that would help?

I forgot to mention skinfold calipers, those help measure change in BF. But yes, on a cut I usually ingest a good amount of fiber just because it has very high satiety, it makes you fill fuller than most other nutrients.

Brown rice is pretty good for fiber, broccoli is another staple in my diet if I am just dying to eat but do not want to add too much to my macros. I am not sure what you are trying to say in that second sentence.

You may have done some metabolic damage and put your body into a state where it been shocked from eating 3000+ calories a day to half that, and now it's holding onto the stores. Look up reverse dieting, the concept behind that explains this.
