Can someone look at my blood test results

Went in for a pre op assessment for an upcoming hemorroid operation .. My bloods come back today Full blood count come back normal . I also had done liver function test and renal profile .
    SODIUM . 143 mmol / l (133-146)

    POTASSIUM 4.1 mmol/l (3.5-5.3)

    UREA 12.1 mmol/l (2.5 -7.8) HIGH .

    CREATANINE 80 umol/l (58-110)

    LIVER PROFILE

    TOTAL BILIRUBIN 10 umol/l (0-21)

    ALT 89 IU/L (3-53) HIGH

    ALK.phnos 65 IU/L (30-130)

    ALUBUMIN 42 g/L (35-50)

As you can see i have two high readings one being UREA and the other being ALT . Are there anything to be concerned about im not taking any Testosterone since i stopped TRT in january this year . Im taking 75mg asprin a day and also been taking pain killers for the last month for my hemorroid pain IBUPROFEN 400Mg 4 X daily and PARACETAMOL mg 8 X daily
Do you think these medications could be causing the high ALT levels or something else that i need to be concerned about ?

    Dear vinny t
Paracetamol can cause elevated liverenzymes(ibuprofen is more dangerous in regards to stomach ulcers and could be bad for the kidneys and the heart in the long run).
Since your creatinin is normal I imagine that the high urea is due to a high protein diet, ask to take another BW but take it on the morning before eating, and ask to get GFR(glomerular filtration rate), and take a urin sample and take the albumin/creatinin ratio.

Try not to take to much NSAIDs like ibuprofen since you are taking aspirin. Hope this helps a bit.
