I've just have such a hard time loosing weight. For me to lose a pound week I have to be in like no carbs, and under 1400 calories and my calories coming mostly from veggies and lean meat (chicken breast) and doing cardio 5 times a week for like an hr.

Just to avoid questions, I monitored my calorie intake with myfitness pal, try to stay active throughout my day, and been working out for over 5 years.

Any suggestions?
