    Hard time loosing Weight!

    I've just have such a hard time loosing weight. For me to lose a pound week I have to be in like no carbs, and under 1400 calories and my calories coming mostly from veggies and lean meat (chicken breast) and doing cardio 5 times a week for like an hr.

    Just to avoid questions, I monitored my calorie intake with myfitness pal, try to stay active throughout my day, and been working out for over 5 years.

    Any suggestions?

    Whats your stats?
    How much you trying to lose?
    You Can try carb cycling
    Fasted cardio works wonders for me
    How many times a day do you eat. (When I cut I eat 8 times a day)
    1400 cals of the wrong food can slow weight loss
    I would post in detail what your eating in the nutrition section and the pro's look at it.
