PHAT program during bulking cycle
I am now entering the second month of my cycle and looking to intensify my workout program.
I am thinking about starting layne norton's PHAT workout.
I know the program is designed for natural body builders, has anyone experienced significant increases during a bulk cycle using this workout??

Bump, I am also very interested in what the pros have to say, or if there are any training programs that are better to use when taking AAS, like training every bodypart 2 x pr week etc. Dear OP, I did not mean to "steal" your thread(I am using a modified PHAT program now(but without AAS yet) and I like it so far)

There is no specific program you should do while on cycle, just do what works best for and when you platue change it up.
Imo it is a good program but it is directed at very advanced trainers.
