Test+Dbol+Winstrol
Sorry guy, the way it shows at my screen is like a table and i can read it probably.
12 weeks cycle
Test E: 500mg week 1-6 - 600mg for the week 7-12
Dbol : 30mg/ed week1-2 - 50mg week 3-6
Winstrol : 50mg/ed week 7-8 - 80mg/ed week 9 - 100mg week 10-12
Arimidex : .25mg/ed or .5mg/eod week 1-12
Clen : 40mg/ed Week 11 - 80mg/ed week 12
PCT - 4 weeks (starts 2 weeks after last Test e shot)
Nolva: 40mg/ed week 1-2 - 20mg/ week 3-4
Clomid: 100mg/ed week 1 - 50mg/ed week 2 - 25mg/ed week 3-4
Clen: 80mg/ed Week 3 - 40mg/ed week 4
Liver Protection including N2Guard and Milk Thistle through out the cycle and PCT

This is my second cycle. first was test and var for 7 weeks and had a great results leaning out.

What are your stats?

I agree this is a terrible cycle. Why are you running Winny and Dbol together? That doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Where is your HCG ??? Is this your first cycle? What are your stats? If it's your first cycle just run Test E only with HCG and PCT. Keep it simple. You don't need anything else to see great results if you're at the proper age (older than 25) and you've been training for several years. I'm assuming you're trying to cut thus the Clen and Winny???? Are you trying to cut because you are fat??? (above 16%)

If you're bulking you're looking to gain as much quality muscle as possible and MAINTAIN it. If you start a bulk and then immediately start cutting you will lose the muscle you gained. When you bulk you will gain some fat and that's unfortunately part of the process. My wife HATES when I bulk and is begging me not to. HAHA But seriously, focus on building the muscle and then trying to retain as much as possible post cycle. If you bulk and gain 12lbs. of muscle you'll be lucky to keep 7lbs of that after PCT. If you bulk to 10lbs. but then cut at the same time for a net of 5lbs. you'll only retain 2-3lbs. post PCT.

You can still build muscle during a cut cycle too but during a cut your goal is typically to look as good as possible during that cut and not necessarily long term. Bulking is something you "typically" do for LONG-TERM gains so make the most out of it. If your net in 2 months post cycle is 2lbs. of muscle cycling is not worth the risk AT ALL.

yes, make sense. since my last cycle was pure cutting. i have kept most of the muscle mass i've gained and i managed to stay lean (under 10%) with my diet.
i guess, i'll have to make it pure bulking cycle.
how can i minimize the water and sodium retention that comes with dbol ? i hate that feeling.

you are already using an a.I. so as long as you keep your diet somewhat clean you should be good to go as far as bloating imho...

Keeping you E2 in check will help keep bloating down. You could skip the Dbol all together or switch it to T-Bol.

My diet is always spot on year around even when bulking i keep my macros in check and cycle carbs
but with excess cals and dbol that will be more water and sodium bloating than usual. its one of the dbol sides.
i'll add an 10-15mins incline walk after every weight session for extra sweating and see if that will help.

I'm trying to include one oral in the cycle. if i'm going to have another injection i think Deca will be a better option?
