novaldex & hcg doseages??? how long to use????

ok Im coming off a 12week cycle of test cyp 750mg's/wk & deca 300mg's/wk also did anadrol 100mg's/ed(first 6 weeks).
Now after doing my last shot of cypionate how long after should I begin the nolva & hcg ? Also at what doseages & how long should I use them for?

I begin them the next day after cyp. I run 20mg Nolva ED + 500ius HCG ED all for 20 days. Then I start Clomid 300mg + 20mg Nolva, 100mgClomid + 20mg Nolva for 10 days, 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva for 10 days, 10mg Nolva for 14 days.
