Pre workout on cycle?
Is it okay to take preworkout on cycle or do certain compounds raise blood pressure and decrease cardiovascular activity to the point where it can be strongly unwise to take a preworkout during your cycle with certain roids?

With most pre-workouts on the market today, you never actually know for sure which substances, and how much of each are in them as they are not FDA approved. No way to tell how they affect things like BP or your cardio especially in conjunction with gear. Depends on what types of aas and how much you are taking as well I suppose. I've never heard of pre-workouts being a problem for guys on gear. Personally I don't take pre-workouts, I drink black coffee but then again i'm only on test and winny, nothing crazy.

You could've used the search engine to type the exact same title of this thread and 50 of the same would've popped up, same question gets asked every few days.
Make your own preworkout though, then you know what you're getting and exactly how much, best PWO I've ever taken is my own.

I usually do coffee as well, works ok.
Sometimes I buy C4 or other pw.
Never had problem while on juice.

Same here Coffee is enough if I need anything. Preworkouts like c4 give me the jitters. Haha no good!

I bought a bunch of pure ingredients, just the cheapest I could find. The only thing I missed is beta alanine because I don't think it's worth the price, very minuscule effect.
DMAE, 300-500mg/cordyceps extract, 200mg/PEA (pretty useless without hordenine)/pure caffeine 200-300mg/Rhodiola rosea, 500mg/arginine 3-5g/agmatine/choline, they're not all necessary, the bulk of the effect is the caffeine and DMAE for stimulation/focus.

When I'm out, I'm thinking just a few shots of expresso or a strong ass coffee. PW's really are just a waste of money.
Or if anything, go back to shooting TNE. If I'm spending $, it might as well be on something that works in some sort of way.
Still remember the days when I thought NoXplode would make me grow. Lol

Yeah lol tbh it's quite uneccessary, I found the desire to get all the best PWO ingredients and make my own one day. So I did, and it worked pretty well. The main part is just getting a full dose of the same stuff that's in most of the other PWOs, most of them are under dosed with certain ingredients so having the full dose of everything makes it that much better.

What's the cost of making your own preworkout and the servings you get after buying the ingredients? ( specifically yours ) sounds like a great idea if it's cheap and you're dosing it yourself. I currently take Mr. Hyde but I can't imagine it on a cycle with some certain compounds as far as elevated heat and heart rate go.. It's crazy.

yes im using it ! and its awesum better than all the other pw i have ever used !! no crash at all and clean energy !! i think its just perfect !! have not tried on cycle !! but im pretty sure it will rock ! ( better than c4 , jack3d , assault and many others )

Evogen has two great pre-workout products. EVP and EVP plus with caffeine. Helps a lot while on cycle.

I use pre workout drinks year round, right now I have Super Pump 3d, I add BCAA's, Vitargo carbs, and a couple grams of extra creatine. I like it, don't know if it works or not, but it works for me so I keep at it. I have one before I train and one while I train.
