Read the pct start tomes theead in the pct section, also clom 100/100/50/50 nolva40/40/20/20. Have any hcg?
This will answer all your questions and guide you!!

If your cycle is 15 weeks of enanthate, your pct would start on week 17(2 weeks for the testosterone to clear your system). I don't know who told you to start on week 11 or what his logic was but it wouldn't benefit you much,(anecdotally clomid is said to help with testicular atrophy while on cycle, key word: anecdotally). Hope that helps man
read austinites post about running first cycle.more than enough info...
is it cool to use a low dose of say 10 mg of turinabol i those two week between cycle and pct.i was told it will keep the crash from hitting and not affect the nuts.....
PCT would start 14 days after your last pin First cycle 12wks is plenty.
Clomid75,50,50,50 Nolva 40,20,20,20
more then enought info mate Thanks to all you above for commenting!!!!
i have another question....
is HCG necessary ?
HCG is so i dont lose size in my balls right?

It's not a necessity but it's very beneficial for keeping the testes in action and making PCT smoother.
HCG is lot more that just nut size management. The beginner thread talks about it as well.Originally Posted by AlphaMike
Cliffs notes on the article you mentioned, taken from austinites educational database.
Benefits of hCG during your cycle:
1. Prevention of testicular atrophy.
-- This is done by mimicking LH and restarting natural testosterone production in the testes.
2. Speed up recovery.
-- This is done by mimicking LH so that your Leydig cells remain stimulated. More on this in the next segment.
3. Balances hormonal fluctuation. (Mainly TRT patients and dose dependant)
-- By strategically timing hCG injections, you will prevent "dips" in serum levels.
4. hCG in involved in the process of production for DHEA, Cortisol and Pregnenolone.
-- A host of benefits here. These benefits will combat fatigue and stress, betters your mood, has a role in energy, reduced cardiovascular risk, immune stimulation, betters memory, and more.
Like I said before: If you can get it, buy it and use it(HCG). It's beneficial.
If you can't or don't have acces for some reason, the absence of HCG is not a deal breaker.
Edit: I apologize if the formatting sucks, I did this on my phone .
