Test Var Clen cutting cycle from 210lbs 10% bf to 180 lbs 5% bf?
Hi, I'm doing my 1st cycle with medical supervision. I'm 30 yo male, 10 years trainning experience, 210 lbs 10% bf. Diet 1680cal 185p/102c/59f workout 6x week. var 45 mg ed, test 100mg ed, clen 100mcg ed. I'm running this for 8 weeks. Will be possible to drop my weight to 180 lbs 5% bf?

Cafffeine 400mg
Clen 100 mcg (w1 25 mcg w2 50 mcg w3 75 mcg w4-w8 100 mcg)
Anavar 15 mg

10min LISS
monday/thursday (4xchest 3xtriceps)
tuesday/friday (4xback 3xbiceps)
wednesday/saturday (4xlegs 3xshoulders)
monday/wednesday/friday (abs)
every body part is done 8reps 80% 1RM + 8reps 60% 1RM+ 8reps 40% 1RM + rest 1min (repeat 3 times),
so monday 4xchest means 12 sets of 24 reps, monday 3xtriceps means 9 sets of 24 reps.

yes but i think you vould hope for 190 5% instead of 180...
if you truly are 10% at 210pounds if you dont lose much muscle you could expect 190/5% but its useless to drop that low cause it may be ****ing hard to maintain... just my opinion...
your training is a brosplit traditionnal which I personnaly think it sucks...
you use a shit load of suplement I dont think a quarter of these are really usefull...
you can taper up clen faster, normally I do: 40-60-80-80-80-100(days 1-2-3-4-5-6-7)Last edited by qscgugcsq; 11-15-2014 at 08:51 AM.

400mg of caffeine and clen for breakfast, with a diet largely consisting of random supps and barely any food? No...

good call havent noticed his caffeine intake...
400mg + 100mcg clen = shit.load of problem ... just dont mix both...
ive mixed 200mgof caff in the evening with 60mcg clen.in the morning and I was shaking real bad... my heart was racing and I was sweating more than on 700mg of tren ...
dont mix both...
