    mma and steroids

Ill be starting mma and im wondering, what would be a good steroid to take to improve my overall performance in training? I want to stay lean and strong and put on SOME muscle but not like 30lbs in 3 months. I also dont want to get big and bulky, because it will then be obvious im on steroids . I hear anavar works great for this. Any comments and suggestions on what to take? Ps i wont be taking it for competitions or in the ring. Cheatin other people out of a win isnt in my book.

A small boost in mass would be nice. Nothing too crazy though.

If you are concerned about adding to much weight just halve the dose of test.

You're not going to get to big.. If you haven't already been fighting and training for a few years you definitely don't need steroids .

Also, it doesn't matter when you're using the steroids, it's still an unfair advantage against people who don't.. Although a lot do, not at a beginner level.

Thanks guys and i dont plan on competing at all if im using roids because of that unfair advantage. Not even amateur matches. If any combat is done while on roids it would only be for training purposes, and non competitive reasons like learning grappling, ect.

It's not unfair if everybody's doing it, you should be able to get pretty far without drugs first before using them though.

Anavar will give you strength gains, but your endurance will go to shit. You'll slow down a lot after the first couple minutes just from the pumps. Anavar might be a good choice for getting stronger, just not actual fights.

Low dose test and moderate dose EQ should give you a boost in overall athletic performance. That's what I would do if I was getting into MMA.

You could always call Vitor or Overeem and ask them about their cycles.

The best option would be HGH if you can afford it and find it.

Honestly bro i have done mma for 6 years. Champion in 3 different states (bjj, kickboxing & wrestling) steroids are really not going to help much. Yes u will keep ur muscle mass. But if u know a little about fighting most of ur power comes from ur hips (technique) the same goes for bjj. I doesn't matter how strong u are its the technique behind it.

It sounds like ur just starting. IMHO Take the money u want to spent on gear and go do privates with ur instructor(s) that is going to be ur best money spent. Btw i know privates are expensive. Ur best bet is to split the private with another practitioner.

Know if u were a top notch fighter and wanted the edge on people then i would say go for it, but u probably don't have enough technique behind ur game. To help the gear. If u know what i mean.
    Good luck bro.

Very well put! I have competitively boxed and competed in tae Kwon do and AAS will do very little for you as a whole .
